She was among the celebrities who were happy to take a backseat to the quiet heroes, like a guy who helps build homes for soldiers returning from the war, or a woman to helps feed the needy.

In recognition of all the inspiring people who make a difference, Gavin Keilly, founder of GBK Productions, produced the official backstage Thank You Gift Lounge for the heroes being honored and gave them the star treatment, along with the other stars on hand.

They got pampered with Catfootwear, Croton Watches, Astor & Black Custom Clothiers, Booda Brand,  LovelinksAmerica, the Wine to Water a charity label that uses proceeds to fund clean water projects, and the Zamani Retreat Kempinski in Africa, and much more.

Keilly also donated $25,000 to the heroes to help their worthwhile organizations.

Among those who benefited from the support were Dan Wallrath with the Bay Area Builders Association to Support Our Troops; Evan Wadongo with Sustainable Development for All U.S.; Aki Ra with the Landmine Relief Fund; Harmon Parker with Bridging the Gap Inc.; Magnus MacFarlane-Barrow with Mary’s Meals USA Inc.

Narayanan Krishnan with Akshaya USA; Linda Fondren with Shape Up Mississippi; Susan Burton with A New Way of Life Reentry Project; Guadalupe Arizpe De La Bega with the FEMAP Foundation; and the grand prize winner among the heroes was Anuradha Koirala with Friends of Maiti Nepal.
