Happy Holidays for Celebs Checking out GBK Gifting Lounge

Before the holiday celebrations began, celebrities were gathering at the GBK Lounge to check out the latest fabulous fashions and items that are sure to make it on Santa’s nice list.

Surrounding the special events for the American Music Awards, GBK Productions set up one of their finest luxury lifestyle lounges, and celebrities and VIPs were invited. It was as though Christmas came early for LaToya Jackson and Aaron Carter and many others who were seen enjoying the collection of top products making Hollywood stars say “Wow!”

A big highlight of the day of indulging was seeing the great hip hop group Day 26 create a party when they entered the penthouse of the Evo-South eco-friendly condos downtown LA, where the GBK event took place. Qwanell and the rest of the guys went crazy over the Ace Karaoke equipment and put their soulful R&B voices together to make beautiful music for all to enjoy. No wonder their “Forever In Your Eyes” release is so remarkable.

Speaking of remarkable, seeing LaToya Jackson up close and personal was a delight. She is a beautiful and sweet lady, and GBK founder Gavin B. Keilly has to be considered a lucky guy to escort her around the lounge personally.

LaToya especially loved the classy lady Audrey Hepburn image on the Hip to Be Kind black tee-shirt from the Glamour Kills line of rock culture clothing.

Aaron Carter was also super nice to see, noting that he was still on a natural high from his Dancing With The Stars life-changing experience. Yes, that’s what the former teen idol called his ballroom gig.

The always trendy-looking Aaron was going crazy over the Prep Couture luxury lifestyle brand of fashions. The folks from Prep Couture were dressing the talent on hand with handcrafted masterpieces, made from hundreds of Swarovski crystal, hand stitching, rich embroidery and an edgy style.

Among the other celebrities attending were a lot of music-makers attending, including “Breakthrough” recording artist Colbie Caillat, American Idol finalist Josiah Leming, and Disney singing star Demi Lovato.

Along with the singers there were a lot of dancers. Dancing With the Stars ballroom pros hunky Maxim Chernovtsy, Tony Dovolani, and pretty Karina Smirnoff. Plus the cutie-pie pro snowboarder Louie Vito who showed off his aerobatic skills on the dance floor during the latest installment of DWTS.

The presenting sponsor of the event was Hard Candy, which had a celebrity makeup artist to pamper the stars with their collection. Hard Candy also provided magnificent manicures using their Just Nails polishes.

On the fashion forward front, the Arnold Zimberg of Hollywood line of washed shirts featured great plaids and with unusual trims for men and women. Check them out at arnoldzimberg.com.

And unforgettable jewelry was presented by BlessedCharm. They included handmade sterling silver, 14k gold and diamond jewelry that represented the sentiments of feeling “blessed,” presenting good Karma whenever and wherever possible.

Silent Gypsy Jewelry also had stunning accessories with their selection of jewelry from the brand new collection featuring a mix of layerable necklaces and rocker pieces.

Rather unique was the presentation from The Sampler, with a selection of surprise gifts including t-shirts, jewelry, stationery, etc. from a variety of new cottage businesses. Each bag was a surprise with handmade items from independent designers.

Lexani, provider of luxury alloy wheels gave VIP’s their VIP Black Card that offers a host of benefits to the recipient.

Hireko Golf gifted to the men one of their best-selling Power Play Caiman Golf Club Drivers or Acer MC4 Putters. For the ladies, Hireko had the Swarovski crystal laden iBella Tiara Putters or iBella Volare Putters.

The lounge featured designer fashions from Michael Stars new holiday collection, Emilie Sloan’s Stasha Carry-all Totes, which are great for the gym, beach or a quick weekend getaway.

Celebrities also received luxurious vacation packages to Mexico or the Caribbean from Indulgentescapes.com.

A trademark bag from Organicstyle.com contained a gift card for all purchases and a variety of eco-friendly products.

Car-crazy celebs went wild over the automotive detailing products and accessories provided by Rain-X, Black Magic and Auto Expressions, number one car care brands that gives your ride the star treatment. Shell also included gas cards.

Beauty &  Fitness

Always a celebrity favorite, Revitalash had its famous eyelash conditioner that lengthens and thickens eye lashes, as well as their new hair product called Hair By Revitalash, a conditioner that gives you thicker and fuller hair.

Also on the beauty and fitness front, Dr. Tracie Battle had gift certificates fro dental services plus an at-home whitening treatment kit. Cellceuticals Biomedical Skin Treatments offering visibly younger skin in just two weeks. Century Sports Club and Day Spa had gift certificates to their club and spa for massages and detox body scrubs.

Gourmet highlights included confections by Hansen Cakes, Debrand Fine Chocolate and Garden of Eating Catering. Other tasty treats were the eco-friendly YogaChips and Dippin’ Dots.

The bar was stocked with Bean & Body blended drinks, Don Pilar and 2Nite Vodka, Finest Call premium cocktail mixes, T2U All Natual Green Tea, Monster Energy Drink, and O.N.E. Water, developed to support clean water around the world.

Another big-hearted business, Beezag, a new invite-only online and mobile service that is revolutionizing the world of advertising, made donations to the talent’s favorite charities for becoming members. Beezag announced it raised more than $3500 for charity.

The GBK event concluded another successful year for the company’s founder Gavin B. Keilly, who is known for added the little extras to the gifting lounge environment which the celebrities went wild about this year.
