If you couldn’t get tickets for the sold-out “Hannah Montana / Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour,” don’t worry, it’s coming to a theater near you.

The hottest star in music, Miley Cyrus is filming her newly launched 54-city tour, which will become a 3D movie, shown in theaters for one week, February 1-7, in the US and Canada.

In the ultra-popular Disney Channel and ABC Kids series Hannah Montana, Miley Cyrus says she “lives the life that any kid dreams to have,” as a Malibu teenager who is just a normal kid by day and a rock star by night. That lifestyle has just become a reality for the young singer-songwriter-actress who will turn 15 on November 23rd.

“I’m blessed. What more can I say… I’m like Cinderella going to the ball. And I get to sing and entertain my fans, and have fun with my friends. But like Cinderella, I do have a curfew. I can’t stay out late and party. Oh no, not in my family,” Miley revealed.

The Jonas Brothers are part of Cyrus’ special guests for the start of the “Hannah Montana / Miley Cyrus” concert tour, which has been created and directed by Kenny Ortega, who was the helm of the High School Musical phenomena.

Since tickets sold out in just minutes, desperate parents reportedly started paying thousands to scalpers for concert tickets. So the Walt Disney Studios stepped in to make sure that all the Hannah Montana fans had an equal chance to see Miley perform.

Dick Cook, chairman of Walt Disney Studios, said, “Miley is one of the most exciting and talented performers of her generation, and watching her on the concert stage is a genuine thrill. As soon as she committed to the ‘Best of Both Worlds’ tour last winter, we wanted to find some special way to let all of her fans share the excitement and fun of this live event. And filming the concert in 3D seemed like an ideal ways to do that. This is going to be an exciting 3D motion picture experience for everyone who loves Hannah Montana.”

The Hannah Montana soundtrack became the first TV soundtrack to debut at #1 on the Billboard Top 200, and turned Miley into a multi-platinum recording artist. Her latest CD, Hannah Montana 2 / Meet Miley Cyrus, released in July, became the top selling album in the US in its first week.

But Cyrus isn’t the only young singing sensation on Hannah Montana. The teen comedy series also stars Emily Osment, as Miley’s best friend Lilly. Although Lilly doesn’t sing on the show, Emily has a couple of movie projects in which she shows off her vocal talent.

Just out on DVD is the kid-friendly Halloween horror film The Haunting Hour: Don’t Think About It, presented by "Goosebumps" author R.L. Stine. Osment stars and sings in the scary movie. She does the title song in a music video, which is included as an extra on the Universal Home Entertainment release. Also in Don’t Think About It is another Hannah Montana co-star, Cody Linley.

Emily, the little sister of Haley Joel Osment, will also be singing in the upcoming new Claymation movie special Holidaze: The Christmas That Almost Didn’t Happen, another holiday treat.
