Celebrities make the Rounds between Award Shows
Stars from Glee to Jersey Shore enjoy the Luxury Lifestyle GBK Lounge

The two hottest gangs roaming the streets of LA are not as dangerous as you might think. They are the casts of Glee and Jersey Shore. And they were making the rounds between award shows in Hollywood.

We caught up with the bickering Jersey Shore castmates at the GBK Lounge hosted by Gavin B. Keilly, who introduced the East Coast wild bunch to the luxury lifestyle they had only dreamt about until landing in Tinsel Town on a rainy day.

“Hey, yo, this is frickin’ great,” shouted out Michael “The Situation” Sorrentino. He was complaining about the rain in Los Angeles because “I want to get my tan on.”

“Big Hair” Snooki (aka Nicole Polizzi) had a flatten little pouf due to the wet weather, but her spirits weren’t damped. She was telling the Hollywood crowd that she wants to get her own reality show that would follow her on her search for true love. That’s her big dream.Other Jersey Shore cast members included Jenni Farley, Angelia Pivarnick, Paul Del Vecchio, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, and Sammi Giancola causing a ruckus wherever they went.

A lot quieter making the rounds were Criminal Minds star Joe Mantegna, looking super cool in a ring-a-ding-ding way, and little Rico Rodriquez, the scene-stealing kid from Modern Family.

Heroes star James Kyson Lee looked very heroic and muscular, and was happy to run into the Glee star Jayma Mays (with the soulful eyes) who had a recurring role on Heroes (as Hiro’s girlfriend). Glee’s crazy wife Jessalyn Gilsig was also on Heroes and enjoyed the event, along with Glee’s principal Iqbal Theba, and coach Patrick Gallagher, who praised Gavin Keilly for his hospitality.

American Idol winner Jordin Sparks also attended along with Andy Buckley and Kate Flannery from the acclaimed cast of The Office. Plus Omar Miller, Edi Gathegi, Jeremy Jackson, Chris McDonald, Michael Delorenzo, BooBoo Stewart with his sister Fivel Stewart, Carol Leifer, Shar Jackson, football player Patrick Willis, and TV personality Jai Rodriguez, the style guy who loved all the fab stuff.

The special GBK event was held to honor the 2010 Golden Globe Awards Nominees and Presenters at the Mondrain Hotel on the famous Sunset Strip. GBK, the recipient of BizBash’s Award for Emmy’s “Best Gift Bag,” offered its exclusive list of invited VIPs to enjoy the luxurious environment sprinkled with inspiring drinks from 2Nite Vodka, Redleaf bottled water and Silver Oak wines. Everyone enjoyed sweet treats from Hansen Cakes and Yakult USA to keep their tummies humming while DJ SHY was spinning tunes.

The big stars walked away with unbelievable gifts such as fabulous vacations from IndulgentEscapes.com, Six Senses Spa & Resorts, and Ranch at Rock Creek Montana. And there were electronics from Novero, and Croton Watches. Plus lifestyle products and other wonderful things, from Hip & Hippie candles, Nouveau Paris fragrances, and the “Rolls Royce of scrapbooks” the Best Of, LLC, for saving the stars’ memories.

For health and beauty the Great Expressions Dental Center by Dr. Tracie Battle was represented, along with Dougherty Laser Vision, Cell Ceuticals Biomedical Skin Treatments, Tacco, Joico Laboratories for haircare, Lalo Fitness, and a Celsius Calorie Burning Starter Kit.

Hard Candy had a celebrity makeup artist to touch up the gals, and some guys, with the trendiest collection of makeup and Hard Candy’s Just Nails polishes. Yeah, some guys were getting MAN-icures! And RevitalLash is the favorite mascara of the stars because it’s so great at lengthening and thickening eyelashes.

From the fashion world Perfect Cami, Wolford luxurious stockings, and fashions and accessories from independent designers marketed by The Sampler.

Jewelry from Paragon of Design by Skrocki, Vintageglo.com Designs, Silent Gypsy Jewelry and Cool Joolz by Martha Calvo. Plus stunning designer shoes from Consolidated Shoes, along with the unique Okobos footwear that supports charitable efforts (go to www.okokos.com).

Always ready to introduce celebrities to worthwhile organizations that strive to make the world a better place, Gavin Keilly was happy to put his bright GBK spotlight on the organ and tissue donation registry Donate Life, GLAAD, the inner-city A Source of Joy Theatrical company, and the City of Hope care and treatment center. Many stars happy to make donations or volunteer their time for the causes. Bravo.
